Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)TMG College Australia’s (TMG) Certificate IV in Mental Health program has been designed to allow students the ability to gain real work experience whilst furthering their working knowledge and skills of the Mental Health Industry.
Students will be introduced to the following main learning areas within this qualification:
- How to correctly facilitate the empowerment of older people
- How to correctly coordinate services for older people
- How to correctly provide support to people living with dementia
- How to correctly support relationships with carers and families
- How to correctly follow safe work practices for direct client care

This program has an entry requirement of year 10 Reading, Writing and Comprehension level and/or (ACSF Level 2) + basic computer skills for formative assessment activities and assessment submissions.
