The Certificate IV in Mental Health course will teach you skills and techniques to deal with a variety of mental health situations, work in an alcohol or drug context and promote the social, emotional and physical wellbeing of your clients.
Those with this nationally-recognised qualification can work within the growing NDIS sector, opening up a wide variety of career pathways.

Online
Set your own study schedule and balance study with your other commitments.
Work Placement
Complete mandatory hands-on training in a workplace setting.
Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Students must be at least 18 years of age
Complete the pre-entry Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) indicator assessment.
Students working with children and adults with a disability (in a funded program) must have a Blue Card and Yellow Card Exemption.
Students must produce a current National Police Check with ‘discloseable’ outcomes presented to selectability Training, prior to placement. Students may apply for a Blue and Yellow Card Exemption at the time of enrolment.
