Certificate IV in Mental Health
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate IV in Mental Health course will give you the skills and experience to work as a mental health officer or mental health support worker and will equip you to provide services to people with coexisting mental health and drug and alcohol dependencies. Work involves implementing community based programs and activities focusing on mental health, mental illness and psychiatric disability.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Applicants must be 18 years or above at the time of commencement.
- Mandatory entry requirements include a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy test and a Pre-Training Review interview.
- No specific education requirements are specified for this qualification
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer, with basic digital literacy skills
- Only Australian Citizens and Residents can apply for this course. Limited visa holders can be accepted pending a VEVO check.
