Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) When you complete this course you will be ready for a career in Small Business. This qualification is suitable for those establishing a small business who use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have responsibility for the output of others. You will have the skills and knowledge to develop a viable business plan, understand your legal requirements and responsibilities, develop an operational plan and a financial plan, improve your customer service systems and skills and effectively promote and advertise your enterprise. This qualification also covers a vast array of skills used to develop a sound understanding of business requirements in today’s competitive environment.Delivery mode
