Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals establishing or operating a business providing self-employment, as well as those establishing a new venture as part of a larger organisation.
These individuals use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have responsibility for the output of others.

AD1 College is a registered training organisation (RTO ID: 91622), that delivers vocational training for Learners/ Job seekers wanting to break into Employment or who require mid-career retraining. Using our unique TRAIN methodology; we holistically assist our Learners with Training, Employment, Networking and Wellness. We offer training and tutorial support in Kogarah southern Sydney as well as offering E-Learning Australia wide.
Our Trainers are subject experts in Sales, Leadership, Small Business, Marketing, Restaurants, Cafes, Events and Event Management.
We are also Trainers and Assessors of current industry employees looking to up-skill and or transfer their skills to another department. We can tailor a training program for you.
