Certificate III in Security Operations (Armed Guard / Cash-in-Transit)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)To qualify for the above program it is a requirement to have a current Security license.
The aim of the Certificate III in Security Operations (Armed Guard / Cash-in-Transit) Licensing program is to develop student understanding in providing operational security services in the context of high risk asset protection.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
It is a legal requirement in the State of Victoria that persons employed to conduct the duties of an Armed Guard and or Cash in Transit Officer must have a security licence, be fully trained to a minimum standard and licensed by the Licensing & Regulatory Division – Victoria Police.
You will be required to complete a fingerprinting hence, it is important you have and continue to maintain a clear criminal record. Technical Advanced Training will assist you in applying for your Fingerprinting and Individual Private Security Licence to the Licensing and Regulation Division (LRD) – Victoria Police
