Certificate III in Information Technology
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This IT course provides you with the necessary skills to work in the information technology industry. The course covers a range of topics including computer hardware and software, network design and implementation, critical thinking and administration, and computer programming.
In addition to the technical skills, the course also develops soft skills like communication, problem solving and teamwork. This happens through group projects and collaborative assignments that allow students to apply the knowledge and skills in real situations.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Prior familiarity with computers and software is not required but is an advantage.
Domestic students must be 17 years and above and have either:
- successfully completed Year 10 or above, or
- be a mature aged applicant with an interest in the industry

- VIC Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the VIC Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
