Certificate III in Food Processing (Brewing)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Participants will gain a fundamental knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures including how to monitor food quality programs and WHS in addition to Micro Brewing specific units such as wort production, brewery fermentation, beer maturation, beer filtration processes etc.
