Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is to provide current and potential hospitality employees the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in Commercial Cookery or to have their current skills, knowledge and experience formally recognised.
It is expected that students completing this course will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to work as a commercial cook in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
