Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification provides students with a wide range of cookery skills and a sound knowledge of kitchen operations, allowing them to prepare food and menu items as a professional cook. Graduates can work as part of a team or independently, applying discretion and judgement and using existing kitchen plans, policies and procedures to guide their work.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old when you commence the course.
You must be fluent in English – both written and spoken – and capable with common digital technology and basic numeracy. In some cases, Solis College may administer an LLN test to verify this. If so, students must achieve an IELTS score of at least 6.0 to be eligible for the course.
You must be able to show evidence of your COVID-19 vaccination status, as required by federal, local, and state/territory government regulations.
