Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is the recognised qualification to become a qualified commercial cook. If you have a passion for cooking, tasting, and creativity, and a desire to turn this into a career, this course is for you.
Students will learn all aspects of the cooking trade, including: how a commercial kitchen works, basic nutrition, cooking methods for different cuisines and dietary requirements, kitchen safety, and how to work as part of a multi-chef team

Complete a Basic Key Skills Builder (BKSB)an online test to ensure the required literacy & numeracy levels for the course are met.
Undertake a Pre-training review interview to ensure the course suits their needs and aspirations, and that they are likely to complete the course successfully.
Please apply through an Apprenticeship Network Provider with your employer to organise your traineeship contract prior to applying for this course.
