Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- You must be employed as an apprentice Chef in a commercial kitchen and have a registered training contract through an Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP).
- You must also be registered with an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider and have a training contract with an employer.
Course fees
