Certificate II in Baking

In this course, you’ll learn to make a wide range breads and pastry products. You will gain knowledge of bakery operations.

This course includes the applied maths skills needed to work in the baking industry. It also covers workplace health and safety and food safety. You’ll also learn about general preparation, maintaining stores and communication skills.
