Through the duration of the course, you will build a strong foundational understanding of the core areas of psychology and equip yourself with the skills that will enable you to pursue diverse pathways into research, mental health and welfare, human resources, community services, counselling, education, and health services.
You will also build the breadth of your knowledge by undertaking elective options that focus on related areas including Indigenous and cross-cultural psychology, sleep and circadian rhythms, and digital technology and innovation.

Qualifications
Equivalent Australian Year 12
Subject prerequisites
English
- Australian VCE: Monash minimum: Level 1, that is: Units 3 & 4: a study score of at least 27 in English (EAL) or 25 in English other than EAL
- IB: At least 4 in English SL or 3 in English HL or 5 in English B SL or 4 in English B HL
TAFE/VET:
Graded AQF Diplomas will be considered for entry into this course. Admission will be based on academic merit and applicants should have at least a minimum 65% average. Ungraded (competent/not competent) diplomas will not be considered. Qualifications below diploma level will not meet the entry requirements (e.g. Cert IV).
