The TAFE NSW Bachelor of Property Valuation is the only specialist valuation degree in Australia. As a graduate, you will have the skills required to work in the property valuation industry across residential, commercial and other specialist areas.
This degree is accredited by the Australian Property Institute, and graduates are eligible to apply for an Associate Level Membership with at least two years professional experience.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Mathematic skills at a Year 12 or equivalent level
You must demonstrate that you have achieved one of the following:
- A NSW Higher School Certificate (HSC) or its equivalent or
- A Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation or its equivalent or
- A completed certificate IV or higher vocational qualification
You must also submit a 500 word essay that shows your motivation to study and work in the property valuation industry
Year 12 or equivalent
A pass in Year 12 Mathematics or equivalent
Academic IELTS 6.5 with no band score lower than 6.0 or equivalent
Essay (300-400 Words) the subject heading is - The Role of a Property Valuer and their place in the property industry.
