Property Manager Registration (SA)

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

Registration as a property manager is required if you work in an agency managing residential or commercial properties in South Australia. This qualification will qualify you to work for a registered South Australian land agent, but if you own or manage your own property management business you will need to be a registered land agent yourself. To qualify for registration as a property manager, you need to provide a statement of attainment for the Property Manager Registration (SA). You can then apply to Consumer and Business Services in South Australia for registration as a Property Manager.
