Swimming Instructors should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to understand the individual needs of their clients. You should have a thorough knowledge of the sport and be able to analyse swimmer techniques and come up with solutions to performance issues. Swimming Instructors should be good communicators and be able to liaise with clients from a range of backgrounds.
