Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance Managers are responsible for an organisation’s quality standards and production-related compliance. Depending on the industry they work in they may be implementing HCCP, food standards, chemical controls, or Australian Safety Standards. QA Managers are usually involved in the training of line staff so they understand how to implement quality standards during their day-to-day work.

As a Quality Assurance Manager you could be arranging an audit inspection of manufacturing and production areas, reviewing an operational procedure against an updated Australian Standard, or preparing quality and compliance reports for the executive team or General Manager.
