A Learning and Development Specialist prepares training programs for a range of industries. You might work for a specialist registered training organisation or for an institution such as TAFE. Learning and Development Specialists develop courses and prepare learning materials. You may also deliver group training in person or through online learning.

Learning and Development Specialists should be organised and able to deal with the needs of multiple students. It’s important you can communicate well with people from a range of backgrounds, including colleagues, students and industry leaders.
