Training Services Australia commenced the delivery of Train-the-Trainer courses (a predecessor of the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) in 1996, and our courses have been renowned for being amongst the best in Australia ever since. The TSA course portfolio has expanded to include management training, as well as health & safety training, with our courses regularly delivered throughout Australia and internationally by our experienced facilitators.
Quality leaders and managers are pivotal to the success of any organisation. The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is aimed at those with formal management responsibility for operational personnel. They will normally have existing qualifications and technical skills and assume responsibility for their own performance. In addition to this, they provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes. Job titles relevant to this qualification include coordinator, supervisor and team leader. This course was formally known as Cert IV in Frontline Management.

Those whose job role encompasses only a limited amount of training and assessment may find that they do not require the entire qualification, but could benefit from completing selected units, or TSA’s Course in Field-based Training and Assessment.
