The TAE40122 Certificate IV in training and assessment is the industry benchmark for trainers and assessors starting in the vocational education sector. The twelve units of study take you through the key skills areas of design, delivery and assessment and provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to undertake a role as a qualified, accredited, vocational trainer/assessor.

If you plan on doing our exclusively Online program (i.e. no virtual workshop attendance), then we strongly recommend that you have a workplace that will allow you to practice your new skills and collect evidence such as training groups of people, and assessing students.
