About RAM Training Services

RAM Training Services was established to deliver security training to guards in the Gold Coast Areas. The company became an RTO (RTO #31701) in 2008 and started delivering the Certificate II and Certificate III in Security Operations and First Aid on a weekly basis out of the Gold Coast and Brisbane from then on. Throughout this time, we also offered Justice of the Peace courses, Business, RMLV, RSA, RSG, Certificate III and Diploma in Hospitality, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, and formed relationships with another RTO to deliver courses in Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, and Certificate IV / Diploma of Leadership and Management. Over the last 12 months we have refined our course offerings, to focus our attention solely on Provide First Aid, Advanced First Aid, Security Licence Renewals, and Community Justice courses.
Our trainers are Chris Jones, Jason Cooper, Melanie Goulevitch, Jason Goulevitch, John Webber, Marc Miles, Carl Severien, Catriona Hanneman, and Melissa McCusker. They have all completed their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and hold the relevant qualifications to deliver their respective courses. They also have extensive industry experience and are highly qualified trainers – this means you get the highest standard of training, to ensure you get the best skills & knowledge, giving you the best prospects for your career.
We have training centres located across Queensland, including the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Cairns. We deliver both in-class and online training, as well as for corporate groups.
