Learn moreA manager's most important, and most difficult job is to manage people – others and self. You must lead, mentor, motivate, inspire, encourage, discipline and evaluate employees. As a manager you have the authority to sanction or restrict most aspects of the working day of your employees. This places you in a position of power and responsibility. Managing people is not simple or easy, however, it can be done successfully and can be a very rewarding experience. Remember that management, like any other skill, is something that you can improve with reflection, study and practice. This page provides details on the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management offered by ITTA.
