User Experience Design: Foundations
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Our UX Design Foundations course is ideal if you’re curious about this in-demand discipline and want to quench your curiosity by learning the basics of UX.
You’ll explore the key concepts underpinning the UX process, from defining the problem space and the different types of UX research to building empathy with your users and translating research into concept ideation.
You’ll know how to establish a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and will learn the different techniques to create a prototype and leverage users’ feedback and usability testing to improve your solution. You’ll build assets which will form the basis of your portfolio project, showcasing your approach and outcomes to a UX challenge.
