Unrestricted Real Estate Registration (WA)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The WA Unrestricted Real Estate Registration Course allows you to have the flexibility to perform both sales and property management transactions. This gives you the option to engage in residential or commercial sales, property management, business broking or any other real estate career in Western Australia.
As part of this course, you will be required to access and completed 18 units of competency that form the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited, in compliance with the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 and recognized by Consumer Protection. Upon completion you will be issued with a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419).
When completing this course, you will be provided with online learning guides, sample documents, links to useful information and legislation, additional resources, as well as email assistance with our trainers through the student portal.
