The Unrestricted Real Estate Registration - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice WA (CPP41419) will assist you in achieving your objectives, no matter what they may be.
You will be qualified to work in Western Australia as a licenced real estate agent and property manager after successfully completing this course.
You will also be qualified to work in any position inside a real estate agency in addition to this! Sales, property management, body corporate management, buyers' agent, and stock and station agent are a few examples of these positions.

National Property College was established in 2021 in Melbourne, Victoria as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO:45908) delivering nationally recognised training for domestic students.
National Property College staff can be approached to gain advice on academic and personal issues. Staff at National Property College will offer professional and confidential advice in areas where they can help and will ensure that all efforts are taken to ensure a positive learning experience is achieved.
Whilst all staff employed by National Property College have the responsibility to provide support to all students, the RTO shall nominate a ‘Student Support Officer(s)’ who will be available to all students, on an appointment basis, through the standard RTO hours of business.
