Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)

RCG training course is a mandatory requirement in NSW if your work duties involve dealing with gaming machines. This training applies to Security Guards, Crowd Controllers, Licensees, Managers, club secretaries, and directors. This training is also for staff with gaming machine duties, staff who payout winnings, or any staff who patrol or serve in the gaming machine area.
RCG Certificate is mandatory and provides skills and knowledge required for providing responsible gambling services and information to customers with their problem gambling.

- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Students must be 18 years or above to enrol in this course
