Real Estate Agent Licence (QLD)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Full Real Estate Licence qualification is required to be able to apply to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for a Full Real Estate Licence. Licence holders can own and operate their own agencies and be the Principal Licensee in Charge. Additionally, they can manage apartment complexes and sell any units independently and operate a trust account.
As part of this course, you will have access to 19 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package.
