Provide Responsible Gambling Services
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)RCG training course is a mandatory requirement in NSW if your work duties involves dealing with gaming machines.
This training applies to Security Guards, Crowd Controllers, Licensee, Managers, club secretaries and directors.
This training is also for staff with gaming machine duties, staff who payout winnings or any staff who patrol or serve in the gaming machine area.
RCG Certificate is mandatory and provides skills and knowledge required for providing responsible gambling services and information to customers with their problem gambling.
Delivery mode
Vigil Training College offers this course through the following delivery modes:
On campus

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- You must be at least 18 years old (to work in a licensed venue); and
- Have an adequate level of literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills; and
- Have a Photo ID (State issued Photo ID, Driver’s License, or Passport).
