The NSW government requires persons wanting to work in the Gaming industry to complete this course as mandatory training prior to commencing work.

This course is relevant to any position in the industry and is designed for secretary managers, hoteliers and all staff of gaming venues in New South Wales in accordance with the requirements of the Liquor and Gaming Regulations. On completion of this course, students will understand the reasons for - and have the skills to demonstrate - a responsible, caring and professional approach to the Responsible Conduct of Gambling.
