Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Provide Responsible Gambling Services training (also known as NSW RCG course) is designed for the people who work in clubs and hotels in NSW to clarify specific roles and responsibilities, as well as the laws relating to responsible gambling practices, which are designed to minimise gambling harm. The course is designed to develop your skills to confidently and proactively respond to patrons showing warning signs of problematic gambling behaviour, and provide the appropriate assistance.
