Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Teaches participants how to respond to first aid situations involving infants and children and manage patient care until an ambulance arrives.
HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting supersedes the now-dated HTLAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.
This course applies to a range of workers within an education and care setting who are required to respond to first aid emergencies, including febrile convulsion, dehydration, asthma and anaphylactic emergencies.
