Operate Breathing Apparatus
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This Nationally Recognised Breathing Apparatus training is designed to provide the skills and knowledge to those requiring a breathing apparatus in environments such as a confined space with hazardous gases/vapors, toxic atmosphere or in any other application requiring breathing apparatus.
On completion of the course, participants will be able to show competency to correctly Select Breathing Apparatus Equipment, Don Breathing Apparatus Equipment & Operate and maintain breathing apparatus equipment in an irrespirable atmosphere.
Training covers both the operation and maintenance of breathing apparatus in an irrespirable atmosphere.
