The Master of Professional Accounting is ideal in assisting you to become a qualified practicing or chartered accountant if you hold a bachelor degree in accounting, or you’re otherwise eligible to enrol in the CPA, CA or ACCA program. It will help you to develop advanced professional skills in strategic management accounting, financial reporting and disclosure, global strategy and leadership, and ethics and governance.

English language requirements

All Macquarie University applicants are required to provide evidence of English language proficiency. The standard of English required for entry is based on the IELTS Academic test. Other accepted evidence of English proficiency, including minimum scores on other English tests and qualifications, can be checked using the conversion tool.

The required standard of English for this degree is:
