Master of Management

Nationally Recognised Higher Education

Rapid changes in technology and the emergence of new business models are disrupting many, if not all, industries. This disruption is having a profound impact on the way we work, with 62% of employers believing a lack of leadership management skills is having a negative impact on business. The ‘Reskilling Revolution’ highlighted in the 2020 Future of Jobs report identified that 50% of workers’ core skills will need to be updated by 2025 to align with the demands of the post-pandemic economy. As a result, employers are placing greater importance on hiring professionals from a broad range of disciplinary backgrounds who possess a combination of hard and soft skills and can creatively approach problems and tasks across business.

The program provides students with the essentials of contemporary management, including subjects such as Strategies for Disruption, Managing with Digital Technology, and Business Analytics. Theory is blended with real-world application through highly experiential teaching, business projects, and entrepreneurial practices to ensure you graduate with confidence. You will consult with leading organisations, join professional placements, collaborate with teams, and experience the hands-on industry training making, providing you with the skills employers demand and fast-tracking your way to a rewarding and dynamic career in management.
