The Master of Environment has many faces too. We offer 12 different streams of study, from climate change to environmental management and science, to public policy, to sustainable cities and more, including a tailored stream that you can design yourself.
You’ll develop specialised knowledge and technical skills in an environmental discipline or field of practice, and graduate with the confidence to use this know-how to create positive changes in our environment.
Our graduates go on to effect real change in the world.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
To be considered, you must have completed:
- An undergraduate degree in a cognate discipline with a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 65 per cent, or equivalent, or
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline with a weighted average of at least 65 per cent, or equivalent, and 2 years of relevant documented professional experience since graduation from your undergraduate degree.
If you are seeking credit for relevant work experience, you must document your experience with a brief curriculum vitae detailing the experience, contact details of two referees who can confirm the authenticity and nature of the experience claimed, and a covering letter that explains how the experience is relevant to the program and prepares you for it.
