As a graduate of the Master of Cyber Security, you will possess the skills to generate and implement innovative cyber security solutions for business, government and individuals.
In this degree, you'll develop the expertise to investigate and identify current and future cyber security threats, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of networked devices and infrastructure, and generate and implement innovative cyber security solutions.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
To be eligible for admission to the Master of Cyber Security, you must have one of:
1 year program (80CP):
- A recognised Bachelor degree (or higher) in a related discipline with a minimum grade point average of 4.0 using a 7.0 scale AND a minimum of three years full-time equivalent relevant work experience.
1.5 Year program (120CP):
- a related Bachelor degree (or higher) from a recognised tertiary institution with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale), OR
- a Griffith Graduate Certificate in Information Technology (or equivalent) with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 point scale),
2 year program (160CP):
- A recognised Bachelor degree (or higher) in any discipline with a minimum grade point average of 4.0 using a 7.0 scale; OR
- A combination of alternative admission criteria such as formal, informal, and non-formal learning deemed to be equivalent to one of the above.
