Candidates are in a capacity to generate and evaluate complex ideas. The candidate will be able to initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Overall outcome is to accomplish responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This course is more applicable to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. On the job front this course is more suitable for RTO Manager and RTO Director.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of course commencement.
Some prospective students may be asked to undertake an LLN assessment or enrolment interview prior to acceptance.
Must have either completed a Diploma or higher qualification with an Australian institution or a bachelor degree in a related field.
Must demonstrate English level of IELTS 6.0 with no band less that 5.5 or equivalent, such as:
- IBT 60
- PTE Academic 50
- CAE 169
- OET Pass
- Duolingo 100
- General English Advanced
- MOI Certificate
- Certificate IV or higher qualification with an Australian institution.
