Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
Nationally Recognised Higher EducationTo succeed in a challenging global business environment, you need innovation, resilience, and flexibility. Bond’s Graduate Diploma in Business Administration is a two-semester (eight month) program and will equip you with the core technical skills for effective decision making including the development of the interpersonal, cross-cultural and communication skills that are required to lead in the implementation of these decisions.
Blending industry-relevant research with practical applications and challenges, your learning outcomes will be centred on the three pillars of leadership, global business, and entrepreneurship. You will gain the skillset to think critically and strategically in this context, along with the basic skills required as a global leader.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field and a minimum of 3 years work experience
Alternative entry options
Prior Higher Education Study: If you have already completed study at a tertiary institution, your application will be assessed based on the subjects you have completed or attempted to complete. If you have completed studies in a field related to this program, you may also be eligible to apply to receive credit towards your Bond qualification.
Work Experience: You may use prior work experience to apply for entry into this program. To do so, you will need to provide documentation of your employment history, including providing a statement from your employer about your position, time in the role, and a brief overview of the role you performed.
