Food Handling Skill Set

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

This course is for people handling food in a cafe, restaurant, school canteen, hotel, supermarkets, fast food outlet, sandwich shop, catering operations or other food retail outlets, under supervision.

Upon the successful completion of this course students will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment – SITSS00068 Food Handling Skill Set.
