Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The TAESS00014 Enterprise Trainer – Presenting Skill Set is an interactive online course, ideally designed for those presenting classroom training in a workplace or involved in coaching others. This may include HR staff who conduct employee inductions; supervisors who train staff on policies and procedures; or staff that have been identified as having particular skills and experience that benefit others.
This skillset provides you with the skills and knowledge, and confidence-building experience, to make presentations and facilitate learning and activities in small and large classroom style groups.
You will learn how to prepare presentations using appropriate materials, and effectively demonstrating the instruction of work skills. You will develop your communication and presenting skills throughout this course, learning to adjust your training to meet the needs of different audiences.
