The Diploma of Property Agency Management (CPP51122) qualifies you for work in senior real estate roles, such as ‘Principal Agent’ and ‘Agency Manager’. Completion of the Diploma of Property Agency Management (CPP51122) with Entry Education will allow you to work in senior real estate roles, such as ‘Principal Agent’ and ‘Agency Manager’ in Victoria. You’ll even be qualified to run your own real estate agency! If you’re looking for a successful career in residential and commercial real estate, the Diploma of Property Agency Management (CPP51122) is key.

There are 12 units within this diploma, but you’ll need to have completed 18 units of the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services Real Estate course, or the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice course prior to the commencement of your Diploma of Property Agency Management (CPP51119) VIC. Once you have successfully completed these qualifications, you’ll be able to apply to the Business Licensing Authority for your Real Estate Licence in Victoria.

Western Australia

This is the new diploma course that qualifies you to apply for a real estate licence in WA. The licence also allows you to open your own agency.

If you haven’t completed the full qualification yet, you’ll need to incorporate some of the units from Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) or Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (CPP40307) into the diploma course.

The course is composed of 12 online units plus the bridging units if you don’t have a full Certificate IV qualification.

South Australia

Upon completion, you'll be qualified to operate your own agency or excel in various real estate roles, including residential, commercial, and rural sales. This course covers 36 units, and if you hold a valid Property Manager Registration or Sales Representative Registration certificate, you may be eligible for credit toward certain portions of the course.

Australian Capital Territory

The Diploma of Property Agency Management (CPP51122)is your shortcut to success in Canberra's real estate arena. Designed for experienced professionals with a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41119) and an ACT conditional real estate license, this diploma paves the way to an unconditional license, unlocking opportunities for senior roles like Principal Agent, Agency Director, or Licensee-in-charge. It's your ticket to the top of the real estate profession in the ACT.
