Diploma of Project Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Students can attain the broad range of skills required to plan, lead and execute the end-to-end delivery of an organisation’s projects with this course. Providing the basic skills and knowledge required to undertake the role of a project manager, this course contains units of study covering key fundamental project management principles.
Throughout the training, students will develop their knowledge of coordinating all aspects of the project management lifecycle using a range of specialised, technical and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.
