Diploma of Hospitality Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is an extension of both the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and the Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (which are prerequisites for this course), and equips students with the skills and knowledge to work in the hospitality industry at a senior level, overseeing catering within a large organisation or managing a moderate sized hospitality business.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
You must have completed both the SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and the SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management qualifications with Solis College.
You must be able to provide evidence of your COVID-19 vaccination status and show you are compliant with all state, federal and territory vaccination requirements.
You must be a legal adult – aged 18 years or older.
You must be able to speak, read and write in English, perform basic numeracy tasks, and use common digital technology. In some cases, Solis College may administer a language literacy and numeracy (LLN) test to assess this. International students will require an IELTS score of at least 6.0 (or the equivalent from a different language test).
