Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The CHC52021 – Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) focuses on developing managerial-level skills for individuals working in various roles within the community services sector. The elective choices are tailored to the Case Management specialization, empowering international students to forge long-term careers in the industry. In addition to Case Management, the program provides a comprehensive understanding of broader community service industry functions, preparing students for managerial roles, program coordination, and business development opportunities.
