Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
These workers operate autonomously within their scope of practice and contribute to positive transformations in people’s lives. They may supervise others, engage in case management, and coordinate programs.
