Diploma of Business (Operations)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is designed for students wishing to develop a broad theoretical knowledge base and use of a range of specialised, technical, or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team. This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles and individuals may have frontline management accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.
Upon successful completion of all units in this course, students are eligible for the award of BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Operations).
