Diploma Of Business (Operations)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Operations) would apply to individuals with various job titles including executive officers, program consultants and program coordinators. Individuals in these roles may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.
Conversely, it may also apply to those with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.
After achieving the BSB50215 Diploma of Business (Operations), candidates may undertake the BSB60215 Advanced Diploma of Business or a range of other Advanced Diploma qualifications. Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors.
Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include Executive officer, Business Development Manager, Program Consultant, Program Coordinator.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have completed at least Year 12 or equivalent.
Have a valid visa to study or hold Australian citizenship, does not require a COE
Students will need to achieve at least ACSF level 3 for reading, writing, numeracy and oral communication to enter the course.
A prospective student does not need to conduct LLN test with their application if one of the following applies:
- Prospective student has completed at least 3years’ study in English in one or more of the following countries: Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland within the last 5 calendar years.
- Currently studying or has completeda Certificate III level or above in an Australian RTO or a higher education sector within the last 5 calendar years.
- Has achieved general English Intermediate level with any registered Australian education provider.
