When you complete the Diploma of Beauty Therapy, you’ll be able to perform complex technical beauty therapy treatments in salons, spas and other settings.
All students practice on real paying clients in our commercial salon and graduate with the self-confidence and skills to interact and engage with proficiency. You will be job ready to perform and demonstrate the professional skills required for the industry.
This is a practical qualification with a lot of hands-on assessment and mandatory hours that students must complete to pass all units so attendance is important to ensure successful completion of this qualification. All skills assessments will be required to be carried out on paying members of the public.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of commencement of the course or have completed a Certificate III in Beauty Services, Applicants must complete the Basic Key Skills Builder (BKSB) assessment and achieve an outcome of ACSF exit level 2 - working level 3 for literacy and numeracy., Applicants must have the ability to stand for long periods of time unaided, hold arms at shoulder height for prolonged periods and be comfortable with working one on one in close proximity with both male and female clients, Students must have digital capability.
