We cover all units you require for renewing your licence if you’re a security professional working in crowd control services. Your renewal notice will specify the dates you should have these units completed by.
As a licensed bodyguard or crowd controller, you must stay up to date with the latest industry standards and techniques. This is called ongoing training. You will need to complete ongoing training every 3 years.
These modules will be very important for your work and should be constantly updated to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and techniques.
When you received your licence, you should have received expiry dates for each ongoing training unit on the licence notice. You must complete these ongoing training units again before the due date.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Participants should possess adequate (Year 10 equivalent) reading, writing, numeracy and comprehension skills to complete learning and assessment activities.
Students must hold a Certificate II or III in Security Operations.
